William is the Head-of-State for the North American Confederation. He is a 19 year old micronationalist from Chicago, Illinois. William is also an experienced sovereign having been a micronational monarch from various degrees since 2007.
As Emperor he is responsible for representing the NAC abroad. He along with the Foreign Minister interacts with other micronations and their leaders from around the world. His specific duties and powers are not yet confirmed as the NAC has no official constitution.

Prime Minister Aaron Meek
Aaron Meek is a mcironationalist from Milford, Michigan. He is the NAC's first Prime Minister. The Prime Minister acts as the NAC's Head-of-Government.
